KW61系列數控重型臥式機床產品介紹：
根據機型及承重大小，床身采用整體/分體(即刀架導軌和工件導軌分開)兩種結構，床身導軌寬度大，切削穩定效率高。
Depending on the machine todl model and load capacity,the bed is dihided into an monolthic bed and a double bed structure
(The carriage guideway and workpiece guideway are separate). The bed guideway is wide, providing high stabity and cuting eficiency.
主軸箱采用四檔液壓換擋機構，高精度齒輪傳動具有低噪音和高回轉精度的特點。
The headstock adopts a four-speed hydrauic shifting mechanlsm, with high-precision gear transmission characterized by
low noise and high rotary accuracy.
尾座套簡伸縮和尾座體移動均采用電機驅動，方便快捷。
The tallstock aul and tallstock body movement are both driven by motors, providing convenience and speed.
主軸配自制的超重型單動四爪卡盤，夾緊可靠，壽命長。
The spindle is equipped with a sel-made super heavy-duty single-acing four-jaw chuck, ensuring reliable clamping and long service life.
尾座采用短錐柄法蘭式結構，具有高承重、高回轉精度的特點。
The talstock canter adopts a short taper shank fiange-type structure, characerized by high load-beaning capacity and high rotary accuracy.
